Sugarhouse. Lovin' it.Chicken Salpicado.

I always order it with mashed potatoes instead of rice. "Salpicado" is spanish for "splashed" ... and this dish sure is splashed with all sorts of goodies-- olive oil, espanole sauce, garlic, leeks, a simple salad of lettuce, minced tomatoes and onions on the side.

If you're hypertensive, stay away from the salpicado. While it is covered in minced garlic, it also tends to be quite salty...

Chocolate Truffle Cake. What my chocolate dreams are made of... They also have the "Midnight" cake-- a slice of more sinful cocoa goodness. Not advisable for diabetics.
